HYDRAULIC STATION  MANUAL

Overwiew：

1. Hydraulic station: P/N 100X70X60-2-6-25_06_24, tank size: 1000X700X600, variable displacement piston pump, working hydraulic pressure 3.5-21Mpa, hydraulic flow 26-82lpm, 380V, 32A, 15kw-4, 5 ways quick connect coupling, one way electric and remote control.

●Operation Panel Instructions

• L 1 and L 2, is power light, the AC wiring sequence error when L 1 lighted, need to change the AC line sequence, swap 2 out of 3 live wires.

        L 2 lighted, power is ready.

• L 3 running light,
• Button A and Button B, press down button A, Valve A working, press down Button B, valve B working, it was bend press down Button A and B same time.
• Button C is a self-lock button, the power off when Button C press down, and power on when Button C released

• AC power connection

Motor are 15Kw, current about 32A, need 6 square mm wire, 4 cores, 3 live line connect to L1,L2,L3, neutral line connect to N.

Timer is for setting of the soft start delay ( recommend 5 seconds).

• Note

1,  the drain port of piston pump need to fill full oil before start to run, when you add oil first time or change oil in tank.

2, it should be power off when put in or off the tube from quick-connection coupling.

3, Any power on, it need to waiting 5 second ( set by Timer) for motor running in full power, and start to switch valve.
