WMD Forming machine 306 adopt tow hydraulic system, one hydraulic pressure are 63Mpa, another is 6Mpa, the Ultrahigh pressure was created by piston pump directly, low pressure was created by gear pump, pump and ultrahigh pressure valve are import from Germany brand of HAVE , more efficiency and more quiet.
WMD Forming machine 308 adopt tow hydraulic system, one hydraulic pressure are 63Mpa, another is 6Mpa, the Ultrahigh pressure include interior and exterior two oil ways, gear pump create 18.5Mpa pressure in exterior way, and interior 63Mpa created with two boosters, all valve are working in low pressure of 18.5Mpa and 6Mpa, improve the system stability and extend the life of machine.

What tube size range can the standard WMD forming machine process?
Standard machine covers tubing outer diameter from Ø6mm to Ø42mm, applicable for seamless steel tube, stainless steel tube used in hydraulic pipeline. We customize special machines for tubes beyond this dimension upon request.
Can the machine make non-standard forming shapes?
Yes. Custom molds can be developed for special groove, taper or irregular end forming according to customers’ tube drawings. Special stroke and hydraulic pressure are configurable for bespoke forming requirements.
Is turnkey solution available?
We supply complete package including main forming machine, matched hydraulic power unit, customized forming dies and operation technical guidance.
What power supply does the machine need?
Standard: 380V/50Hz three-phase power; 220V or 415V/60Hz can be customized for overseas market. Confirm local voltage before order.
Does Does the machine need foundation fixation during installation?
No fixed foundation required. Equipped with moving casters, can be freely shifted on flat workshop floor and fixed via support foot pads.
